Bush meets with Dr. No of S.P.E.C.T.R.E

It is obvious why this photograph of George W Bush and Dr. No (of notorious crime organisation S.P.E.C.T.R.E.) didn't get out before the recent election! S.P.E.C.T.R.E. have clearly infiltrated the highest ranks of US Government now.

Equally disturbing is the news that Dr. No did not in fact die, but has assumed the identity of a top Private Investigator by the name of "Jay J Armes" - an alias which had hitherto been unknown. By gaining the trust of those around him, he may be exterting considerable influence over very senior government figures.

Al Qaeda may be grabbing all the headlines as the world's premier crime and terrorism network, but the re-emergence of S.P.E.C.T.R.E. will surely be cause for concern.

Dr No gave Bond his first indication of SPECTRE's existence. He was running their operation to topple American missiles. An unwanted child of a German missionary and a Chinese girl, he went on to become treasurer of the Tongs, before betraying them and going to work for SPECTRE. He lost his hands whilst experimenting with atomic power. He was clearly an important member of Blofeld's organisation - important enough for them to try to take revenge on Bond for his death.
